| 主要内容：The effects of rare earth elements on the yield of glutamic acid fermentation were studied by adding different content and different form of rare earth to the fermentation medium at the different time in the process of Glu fermentation. The results indicate that the La2(CO3)3 improves markedly the yield of Gluwhen the fermentation medium contained 1 mg·L^-1 of La2(CO3)3 dissolved in the saturated solution of citricacid at the beginning of Glu fermentation. |
